Did Alton brown reccomend against graters? I definitely am unlearning an amount of his teaching to never ever use more singular task tools. Sometimes theyre helpful!
I am not op but I am familiar with at least some of OPs disdain for Alton Brown: it’s about the unistasker hate not graters specifically.
It is mostly a running joke from the chat because we love kitchen gadgets . I just put random things behind him though lol.
