    But Soulsborne specifically refers to From Soft games. Lies of P is a souls-like but not a soulsborne.

      The only reason not calling Lies of P a Soulsborne would be that it’s not a FromSoftware Game, I assume? Sekiro has more arguments against being one, lack of leveling and not being able to change the main weapon. So I agree, it would make more sense.

          I like the first-party FromSoft games better, but it’s the closest that I’ve seen a game come yet. You can tell that the devs really love the souls games based on how the combat feels, the level design that connects back on itself, and every interaction with the NPCs.

          As far as difficulty, I’d say it’s above the Dark Souls games and Elden Ring, below Sekiro - probably closest to Bloodborne.
