Must just be on your instance? I’m not an expert on this stuff but I’m on .world and its still there. Someone more versed in how lemmy works would surely know.
Instance bans don’t seem to show up in the mod log but based on mod comments about them there I think they’ve been instance banned from sopuli. Or sad detective blocked them and forgot he did so, lol.
Literally every post on active ive seen them at the bottom.
