Close, comfortable shave. I think this will be my last with the Varukh. Overall I enjoyed this razor, it’s efficiency, and the light weight, but I doubt I’d pick one up for myself. Slants just don’t spark much thrill for me right now.

I’m trying out some Mäurer & Wirtz products today. 4711, I haven’t figured this scent out yet. The top end is in the neighborhood of Tabac Original, but middle and base are very different. It has a solid funk to it; I like it. Tabac Man, seems more modern with less flower and funk.
