I’m the only mod on this community and would love if someone else wanted to moderate it with me. It’s super super quiet, so more a matter of “if I die tomorrow someone should still be here” than of “you’ll need to do a lot of work” :)
I will help you mod !olympics if you help me mod !engineering. I am in a similar situation. The community has been chill so far, but I want another person who can respond in case something bad is posted while I am away.

I had a good think about it and I think there are so many engineers on Lemmy that it’s probably not a great idea for one of the very few non-tech-oriented people of the platform to mod !engineering, unfortunately. Hope you understand, and good luck for finding mods! :)
