Yes, even in 2026 you can still get arrested if you don’t follow a law originally enacted to keep ex-samurai in line.

The law was passed in 1889 and is still on the books.

                The funny thing is, if you get a proper boxing license and someone dies, it’s the fault of the boxing commission and not the other boxer.
