Is isreal really that oblivious to world opinion and how it might affect them? Seems that way…
They’re not oblivious, they just don’t care because they know there won’t be any consequences. And those few who dare to say anything are “antisemite” for not supporting genocide.

Realistically, who is going to interfere? US and Russia are tied up in Ukraine, China and EU want to stay out, Modi’s India supports Israel. World opinion could get much worse and nothing would happen, Yemen being the only exception so far.
The US isn’t tied up, they actively support Israel with money and weapons. They have a aircraft carrier group parked just outside Israel to send a clear message that no other country can intervene or the US will protect israel. Biden even calls himself a Zionist.

He only supports Israel because he hates Muslims.
Just a small correction: In the EU and the US we are happily supporting Israel.

You do realize Christmas is not a holiday there? Do you think USA made ceasefire on Ramadan? Same thing. It’s Muslims and Jews there, some Christians, but most of them live in Israel not Gaza because Hamas abused them so much.

They(the ones who liked crusades and auch) probably want Bethlehem taken back from the “heathens” and returned properly to “gods chosen people” or something.
Palestine doesn’t have many Christians but imagine being one of them and having your family killed for Christmas.
