Ffs, don’t normalise bullshit censoring of curse words
Like using “Ffs” instead of “For fuck’s sake?”
Da fuck you comparing an acronym to censorship?
In the same vein: working at a market and when something doesn’t scan at the register the customer saying ‘Well I guess it’s free! HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH’
when I worked grocery store I started responding with “oh yeah? you and what army?”
there is some sort of bylaw or something here that entitles the customer to the item free up to $10, but it has to be specifically that item down to the exact barcode that has to be tagged lower than it scans in at, and not having a tag doesn’t count.
by the time they get over the confusion of my response it was already sorted. any questions were met with “already fixed/accounted for”
Ha. That classic knee-slapper. 😄
So you smile back politely. 😬
Hmmm, I worked at a saw mill for four years, I don’t recall ever hearing it, I guess that makes sense since I only ever saw mill never heard mill.
At least he learned the first time. Some people I know would greatly benefit from a 2x4 upside the head.
