Justices are preparing to dive back into the choppy waters of the Second Amendment as the White House pushes to penalize recreational narcotic users

But not alcohol or anything else…I wonder what demographic he’s trying to target

IIRC, the suppressor thing was to try to curb poaching during the great depression.

  The funny thing is that’s only a guess. They didn’t actually discuss silencers at all when they were passing the law.
