Deceptichum is being a counterproductive dick in the comments, but this picture is not gore or even technically NSFW. The prisoner on the floor is not dead and no nudity is visible. This is an image from the US prison in Abu Ghraib during the Iraq War. The US committed many war crimes there. Some of the other images from Abu Ghraib are fully NSFW. You should still look it up and learn that history.

If it’s the kind of thing that could trigger someone then it’s common courtesy to mark it NSFW when posting publicly. It’s the same as content warnings on media.

Man, seeing the American torturers happy, smiling as they pose with their victims is horrifying. I can understand if they felt it was necessary, but they clearly take joy in torturing people. That’s so fucked up. The torturers deserve life in prison

Yet it fell wrong. I understand if people want to tag it nsfw based on feelings.
