    This seems like big FUCKING news. Russia is a petro state. They’re so hard up they’re saying they can no longer export fuel?! Does this not cripple their influence in India and China, states that are purchasing their fuel?

    Of all the news I’ve followed regarding this war, this is the most shocking. Am I overstating this? Something I don’t understand?

      Not oil, its the Oil that China and India mostly take AFAIK (and refine themselves) , only hitting the refineries for gaoilone, kersone etal products. So there will likely be MORE oil available to export as their refinery capacity is reduced.
