Ministry for the Future by Kim Stanley Robinson would be the one that comes to mind. The narrative aspect of it is not the best, but it lays out a good vision of how we could get back on track, even if I don’t believe you could get the world on board like that.

Why give people false hope. Climate fucked and the people in charge instead of fixing it are making it worse. So that why there no positive Climate books.
