Excuse me, how does “Covid-19 Fraud” and “Document and Benefit Fraud” come under the purview of Immigration and Customs Enforcement? The others I could see some vague argument for, but those two just show how far out of their lane they’re getting.

I think the angle they’re going for is back when vaccination status cards were mandated to acces certain public resources, a lot of undocumented people ended up with falsified ones instead of actually getting vaccinated.
Be sure not to use your regular phone. Your phone number is obviously given to whoever you call, but they can probably get the IMEI without much trouble.
