can I be technically pedant.
but in international law, if a state occupies a another, does it justice system have any jurisdiction? and therefore does it has any power to arrest people?
I’m just asking to know if “arrest” is a correct term for this, or should be use kidnap, or forcery removed.
I also know it’s a war crime to move detained people across international lines, so if they are “arrested” and moved to an Israeli jail it is a literal war crime and human trafficking.
