At my current place, the rental manager gleefully explained that an algorithm determines availability/capacity at the projected end date of a lease when I asked why it would be hundreds of dollars cheaper per month to sign an 8 month lease verse a 12 month lease. These suits are legitimate, and I hope the leaches lose.
