I don’t think Meth is anywhere near the problem that climate change is.

I mean, still don’t do meth, but you’re probably not going to make the earth barely habitable and kill or displace millions of people.

    Again though, avoid meth.

And not watching this show is going to save the planet?

It’s entertainment. If someone said that watching RuPaul’s Drag Race would automatically make people gay you’d laugh at them.

No one is going to start loving oil companies because of this show.

Did you watch the video I linked to?

It’s not about making people love oil companies. It’s about sewing doubts about green energy sources. This is enough for people to care less about it and not to vote on these issues because they are not sure if there is a benefit.

The oil companies don’t need to convince people they are good. They just need to see doubt about any alternatives.

I watched the show itself. I can tell you all the times they poo-pooed climate change and all the lies they spewed.

If someone is dumb enough to be convinced green energy is bad because of this show, they are also dumb enough to forget all that as soon as they see the senior citizen trip to the strip club or when Billy Bob cuts off his finger to get out of the hospital faster.

By your logic, every one who has watched Brooklyn 99 or Law And Order loves the pol;ice.

There’s a lot and I mean a lot of oil and anti environmental propaganda shows out there that are subtly affecting public opinion.

I see people get way more pissy whenever there’s a pro environmental show then I do for anti shows.

Which proves my point. People on the Left can separate fiction from reality. It’s folks on the Right who lose their minds over The Little Mermaid being Black.

I watched the show, and I look forward to Season 2.

“Left”? I’ve seen people who have professed progressive political opinions hate on shows with pro environmental shows. Shows that are otherwise average will get torn apart for having an anti consumption message. The moment you criticize people perceived right to endlessly consume, they get angry. It’s the real American state religion.
