The Soviet language policies undermined the development and prestige of Kyrgyz by turning it a “low” language used mainly at domestic and folklore purposes. For science, art, governance, and literature, the local elites used the “high” Russian language. Since independence, the former member state of the Soviet Union adopted three national programs for developing Kyrgyz.
What are they going to do? Invade Kyrgyzstan too? To “liberate” the Russian speakers from the “nazi” Kyrgyz government?
Dont give them ideas
I don’t think they could handle another front.
They can’t even handle one.
For real - they proved themselves to be the third best army in Ukraine, and then the second best army in Ukraine got pissed off, decided to march on Moscow, and got within 100km of the Kremlin
within 100km of the Kremlin

This says that they got as far as Yelets. That’s 392 km from the Kremlin, according to Google Maps.
But, yes, general point stands.
Yeah, they gotta be running pretty low on farm boys at this point. Putins gonna wipe out an entire generation of men if he keeps this up. Not good for the long term health of a nation. But I doubt he ever thinks past next month.

Not entirely democratic. Well, the Russians should know.
This ridiculous campaign in Ukraine continues to be one of the biggest geopolitical self owns of the century
A very welcome change
