Seems like these are only physical libraries. I think there must be some digital libraries and databases that would be notable enough to documented, especially if destroyed.

An interesting thing to think about is also that these are only the known libraries that were lost … there were probably more we will never know about.

And maybe even libraries we see now that may be lost in the future … and may never be known about in future civilizations.
