A small game convention in Oregon (WagonCon - named so because it’s in the town that wagon portion of the Oregon Trail ended in) has been going on for a few years now. Most years, I run a TMNT game. This year’s no different - doing “Turtles are captured!” where you start off being held prisoner by Shredder.
