Whoever is doing this, has bad taste and a psychopathic trait.
Edit: the image showed gore and nudity, just to be clear.
The image felt and seemed very real. Maybe a traffic accident or some violent crime.
to be completely honest i bet its a cartel gore img like always. if not then im extremely disturbed
