That’s just a tag, most UIs and apps support some form of tagging, makes it really easy to identify how someone is going to interact with you.
Some UIs are even fancier and give you stats on how your up/down votes are with a given user. So if you have primarily negative interactions with someone, it’ll start telling you that you have a mostly negative voting ratio
Afaik, Lemmy has not yet implemented actual comm-defined flairs like Reddit
