Vision Zero guidelines appear to be working as intended! Fingers crossed that many more cities start adopting these principles.

The police had to shoot and run over people themselves to seem useful. Or maybe that’s why they hang out in the 20mph zones along the 30mph roads leading to the freeway. They just got nothing to shoot.
Or they hang out in the 25mph zone going 74mph. Killing the young girl in the crosswalk gets you two years of paid vacation before finally being fired.
