I have worked for a large company and for a small company, a small company has always been better, both in terms of pay and the actual job.
It’s been the opposite for me. I’ve been underpaid and laid off more at smaller companies (because of cuts, not performance.) Larger companies have paid me well and been more stable. I’m sure this substantially depends on the industry.
