I’m getting on really well with my seedbox on Ultra.cc, but I’ve been wondering if I should be using a VPN when I connect to it to do admin tasks from my home connection?

Also, I’m currently sending files from my seedbox to my Nas at home using SFTP. I’m assuming my ISP won’t have a clue what those files are?
