Yeah, it’s sarcasm. One reason there wasn’t a depression during COVID was the stimulus checks that went straight to consumers. Turns out that when you give money to people that need it, they inject it directly into the economy by buying stuff they need. There’s nothing a corporation can do that’s as effective as that.
