The tankman incident happened the day after the massacre as the military was dispersing. The interesting photos are from the day prior.
Tankman stood in front of the tank the day after the military opened fire on and ran over protesters. Context adds a lot more to the story.
They used hoses to wash the flattened remains of many protestera into the sewers.
The tanks ran them over.

Edit: this doesn’t seem to be verifiable as far as I can tell. The one source I can find is a diplomatic cable that says he heard from someone who heard from a friend that this happened, not quite first hand info. Would like to see anything you all can find though.

I just went through 99 photos and none of them seem to help the argument that they ran over a gathering of people and washed them down drains
The ones I thought to see were not there, but I remember seeing a very disturbing archive on r/nsfl before that sub got locked (this was about a decade ago I think, somewhere between 2013 and 2015).

That situation has yet to occur in the US and or Canada and even if it does, it would pale in scale to what has happened already in China.
Now please go on and tell everyone how I have to back up my claims of a massacre (Tiananmen Square protests and massacre 1989) then say that I am spreading false information about an event that never happened and that any link I provide is just western propaganda/misinformation.
You do have to remember that China just has a denser population than the US - during the Tienemen protests China already had over a billion people. If you compare these numbers per capita, the last time we had mass violence on a similar scale was in the 60s.
But what you’re ignoring is that the US, under Trump, will not order the tanks to stand down when a person stands in front of them.
