Plug one side of the cable on the left of the box, the other side on the right, press the button and whichever light doesn’t come on means that part of the cable is faulty.

Yeah I picked it for style, then regretted it when building the project when I remembered that aluminium is conductive (duh…),
which meant that all the grounds were connected together…
Which is not what I needed and I had to get creative to insulate them from eachother (you can see it a little on the last pic, I coated every hole for the connectors on the right side with nail polish).
In the end it was worth it though, I love the finished look :)
