Get that into you son. The best cheese I’ve ever had in my life came from a co-op that my friend’s father ran down in county Cork. Local produce is so good.
Edit: just to add, the best eggs I’ve ever had in my life came from a farmer just up the road who does organic eggs. I pulled into his house to buy them and the chickens were just roaming around the potato field right beside the house, happy as, well, happy chickens.
