To Save Money, Maybe You Should Skip Breakfast By Gabriel T. Rubin WSJ A customer shops for eggs in Austin, Texas. (Brandon Bell/Getty Images)
i may have a wrong impression but dont europeans go very light on breakfast already?
Compared to Americans? Probably.
I don’t know how representative I am for the average European but I usually have some eggs or a cup of skyr with fruits and/or oats for breakfast.
What is skyr? Is it like yogurt? Is it nice?
Denser than a yoghurt, very similar to white cheese. Normal skyr is a bit too bitter for me but the flavoured ones are very good.
