Red Bull has barely developed its 2023 Formula 1 car. Rivals are throwing plenty of upgrades at theirs. So why is Red Bull still so far ahead?

Hamilton and Rosberg was peak mercedes dominance I think.

Ferrari had a quick car in 2019, until fuelflowgate…
