    Swift is a nice language, but I feel like Jetpack Compose beats SwiftUI as a modern toolkit.

          I think in this case, that’s actually the joke. Humor often is derived from subverting expectations rather than catering to them, which can be cringe.

          I also definitely know a few couples this meme would actually apply to as written, so it does exist. But i also don’t think that plainly stating normal expectations is particularly funny.
