Out of curiosity how do Canadians call political meeting?
so I’m an English Quebec person but I live and work in French, and it is pretty much always officially réunion.
However, my point isn’t that the Quebecois won’t drop an anglicism from time to time, it is that European folks in my neighbourhood take it upon themselves to correct these anglicisms in the Quebecois, without any self awareness of their own.
