I’m a user that’s migrating from Reddit. Most of my fap material was on Reddit and I’m trying to find the lemmy equivalent communities but seem to hit a wall each time via boost. I tried searching for communities without logging in and saw a few but obviously couldn’t access without an account.
Made an account in a random instance to turn NSFW on and now those communities don’t show (404 community not found). Ok cool, I make an account in lemmy.nsfw but somehow I can’t log into that instance here on Boost.
Help a brother out, how do I fap?
Why are so many instances being such prudes. Porn is fine as long as they’re 18 and above. Whenever an instance creator is scared of FBI raiding their house, I point to 4chan which hosts all sorts of degen stuff and still kicking.
Often because other people are prudes, outside their control. A lot of prudishness comes from payment providers etc confusing their job with being a Moral Guardian and making life hard for adult content creators. It’s also hard to blame anyone for wanting to not be 4chan-level degenerate or dealing with it. At the very least it’s a potential liability, that someone’s taking on essentially as a hobby.
Not every country is as free speech with that as the US
