Yep, it seems that way. Some of the Macross designs are in an “Inner Sphere Command Lance” pack, and a bunch of the Dougram designs are in the “A Game of Armored Combat” starter set.
I need to get around to watching Crusher Joe. I’m not familiar enough with its mechanical design to spot in a lineup of toys lol.
