I might just be blind but I think ULM is missing from the Others receiving votes.
Great Catch! My spreadsheet auto counts the ballots and compares it against a list of FBS schools. Louisina-Monroe was on the ballot but Louisiana—Monroe was on the list. I’ve updated the results!
We are no longer cowards!! We finally realized Army and Navy are winning, and rewarded then greatly.
Trends I’m noticing:
- Vandy beats Kentucky and c/cfb decides neither of them deserve a ranking anymore
- The two traditional service academies come storming into the rankings this week, Army jumps in at 13
- BYU storms all the way up to 6th after thier convincing win over Arizona
- Iowa State and Indiana in the banner, you love to see it
- Notre Dame is back to the top 10, meanwhile NIU receives no votes…
- Texas finally appears to have a legitimate challenger to their top spot
- Just like at the end of regulation in their head to head, Vandy and Mizzou are tied with 11 points
- No ties in the actual rankings though, I believe that’s the first time all season
Additional fun fact: I believe this is the first time (even going back to last year) that a state has had 2 teams in the top 10. We all thought it would be Indiana, right?
The banner going into week 4: basically an SEC party with SIX teams
The banner going into week 8: “Where did everyone go?” -Texas
Rank Vandy and Arky you cowards!
