The original insert was a grey felt nearly-rigid shell that Velcros in so you can remove it for washing. I bought a yard of moss green felt, and used spray glue and a steam iron to shape and glue it over the original felt shell, then sewed the edges down. E: missed a step

The original insert was a grey felt nearly-rigid shell that Velcros in so you can remove it for washing.
