Hi! I am motivated to contribute memes on Lemmy, but it would be easier for me if I had an app that allowed me to create memes on my phone, so it means:
- put text on images
- insert, resize, rotate images on images
- draw with a simple pencil-like tool
I would prefer it foss and without ads if possible (yes, I have f-froid) thank you!
I would like to avoid using photoshop if something else is available, but thank you for the proposition!
