Was just doing some Railjack -> Necramech missions with a buddy and the thought occurred to me that I’m using the simply most brutally effective Heavy Weapon in spite of my approach to Warframe shifting toward doing what’s fun. So what Heavy Weapons do you use and why?
Further how do you mod them… though we don’t exactly have the wealth of variety for Archgun mods as we do most other weapons.
Mausolon is good enough on the necramech. I’m currently rocking the Corvas Prime (gas) on archwing. Didn’t build Larkspur Prime yet, not a huge upgrade, but should be good. Fluctus for Orphix.

Dunno how I’ve overlooked the Fluctus. I’ve just been hammering everything with a maxed out Ayanga… I’ll have to get the Fluctus and see how it does in the swarm mode. Besides, to me there’s just something viscerally fun about a good shotgun, energy or otherwise.
Fluctus us a bit weak, but the projectile goes through walls, that’s why it’s good for Orphix.
