minus-square@Mouettelink16•9 months agoI learnt about it way later after it happened through some random website that explains memes. Maybe it made sense at the time but when you come to it without a lot of context it just hit as sad.

Wordlessly explaining the dudes panic and his shared greif with his SO quite well. Unfortunately for this particular comic, there is a lot context that makes it feel very weird, tone deaf, and uncomfortable.
