Vitality won the sixth season of the ESL Grand Slam on Sunday following their 3-0 success over Spirit in the grand final of IEM Rio, earning a $1 million prize in the process.
In doing so, Vitality became the first team to win more than one Grand Slam, cementing their claim as the best team of all time.
Robin “ropz” Kool also became the player with the most Grand Slam titles with three, surpassing his former teammate Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken, who won gold bars with Liquid in 2019 and then FaZe in 2023.
