I’ll let you know how it works once I can log in. Right now, TOTP doesn’t seem to be supported so there’s no way for me to complete authentication.
There was a bug showing the totp field. Fixed for the next beta.
I saw on another comment you left. I appreciate your effort developing Boost into a Lemmy client so I’ll be nice and patient in the meantime.
That’s weird. I have 2FA (it always prompts on the website) but I was able to log in without putting in my token (unless my 1password autofill automatically took it behind that scenes?)
if you can login without your token that’s a pretty serious security flaw on lemmy’s end
Seriously. It’s one thing for MFA to be evaluated. It’s a whole other thing for it to be enforced.
I’m not sure, I use Bitwarden and did an auto-fill, and also got the missing totp token error message sadly.
