Yeah, hospitals will schedule around holidays. You can see Xmas, new years, 4th of July, Halloween, and Thanksgiving (unlabeled). I assume those are the only holidays that would realistically keep a doctor away from the hospital.

I think this is how my wife assumes I eat when left to my own devices.

Its never more apparent than when an IP changes hands or gets rebooted. Sometimes they have lightning in a bottle with the original and then the sequel/reboot just feels like a pale imitation wearing your beloved IP’s skin.

Shortening attention spans had to be part of it. It was probably hard to compete with other shows that had rapid-fire jokes and shorter time to pay off. Building up complex characters and creative situations takes a little more time and probably loses eyeballs.

Sort of analogous to long form vs short form videos now (but obviously both are much further down that road in comparison).

It’s a very reliable rule of thumb in pretty much any FromSoft game.

I just connect with Bluetooth like normal, and then in steam you can tell it to treat it like whatever type of controller layout you want: switch, xbox, playstation, etc.

I’ve been using these for years, including with my docked steam deck, and they already work great.

I’m in favor of removing the gender divided leagues in chess anyway, and this is just another situation that could have been entirely avoided if so.

Chess isn’t a physical sport, and trans players shouldn’t be forced to make a “damned if you do/don’t” choice when determining which league is the right one for them to participate in.
