I definitely don’t perceive Ceylon tea as having some other notes than other black teas. And by looking at the page of that brand I would rather expect it to be bland than something fancy
But it might be that we are just from different parts of the world and our tastes are just different.

As for searching for the taste, definitely try ordering some loose leafs. Generally in teabags the tea often is of the lowest quality

I think not everyone knows about isfdb, so let me plug them: here is a list of hopefully-but-probably-not all compilations, anthologies etc (paper and ebook) that contain this title. Makes it easier to find where to buy it
At the top: explore -> my feeds -> “New Feed” on the right -> put communities in the box -> uncheck “public” at the bottom
After opening it you can also turn on notifications for it, so you get notified about every new post from that group of communities
