Seriously? The story thus far for me doesn’t paint the church or religion (of the game world) in a good light.

Jim Lee by far is my favorite comic book artist of all time.
Yes please
I went to Stockholm several years back in the summer and went to a place asking for these and they laughed in our faces. Then they called their co-workers from the back and told them to come out here and see the people asking for semla. Then they all collectively laughed and explained that it’s seasonal.

You can do this during fights. The question is who will control the party when just walking around and talking to NPCs or exploring the world. Who will make the story changing decisions?
Also things like leveling up your character, or changing equipment may be more painful depending on everyone’s patience. Being in a multiplayer campaign is already quite the commitment but having to wait for your turn at the controller to change equipment or spells might make it unenjoyable.

Got this one from the library last year and thoroughly enjoyed it.

tripleiris@peertube.wtf on Peertube covers indie games. They made a video of indie gems over the summer sale and the ones I tried were great.
I bought it too! Sick soundtrack! Blood Cultures!!!
This post points out that you can export your GoodReads history into Storygraph so that you don’t to start over.

I really enjoyed The Witching Hour by Loeb and Bachalo. I guess it’s been 20 years or so now. I’ll have to go dig up my copy as it’s due for a reread.

I’m there with you, but will probably end up watching here and there. I’d like to see Jalen Green succeed in PHX. Who’s your team?
It’s the experience of shopping at Costco. It is so stressful. It starts as soon as you approach the parking lot, trying to find parking, dealing with people and carts inside, being frisked on your way out. It is a terrible experience overall and I don’t mind paying slightly higher prices just to avoid it.
I get why people shop there, but going to Costco makes me so anxious.
Yes I think it would be frustrating if you are playing with random people. Learning is part of the gameplay so experienced players will have to teach / direct new players. For example, my group died multiple times when we had to deal with radiation just because we didn’t know what to do with irradiated material.
On mic is absolutely a requirement as coordination is a major emphasis. Granted the game is still in active development. But from what I’ve heard, the new features will require even more teamwork and coordination.
I.e. you can have fire on one side of the ship and radiation on the other, whilst in the middle of a dogfight. These elements are scaled to the size of your party and difficulty level though. If you play solo, you have an onboard bot that helps and you don’t have to juggle as much.
Thanks for the correction
There’s a new game in early access called “Jump Space” that has been pretty fun so far. You can play it solo but is more fun with others, as you work as a crew with roles such as pilot, gunner, engineering etc.
Yeah I read some stuff about him. Seems like he’s against cancel culture, but if you are a dick, you deserve to be cancelled. These people just want to be shitty without consequences.
