I see Vance more as the guy that’s chair of the HOA board, and drives around the neighborhood six times a day looking for any minor infraction to write up, but only for the residents he has beef with - looking the other way when one of his “friends” is in violation of the CC&Rs. So he’s the guy that puts a lien on your house while you’re in the hospital.

Also Vance: sneaks into your house and violates your couch while you’re in the hospital.

Vance would break in and steal your stuff, fuck your furniture and then call the HOA.

Then goes inside and fucks your couch
