This is a really nice-looking flag that does a great job incorporating symbolism of both Australia and the island itself (apparently, the bird in the top right is the golden bosun, a subspecies of the white-tailed tropicbird that’s native to Christmas Island). My only complaint would be the fact that it just puts the shape of the island in the center.
