I find this image deeply disappointing, because it’s impossible to do a connected cheese pilgrimage. I imagine it would be possible to connect it up though — it would just involve finding cheese belonging to areas that are between the existing ones (and as you highlight, there are far more cheeses than the ones on this map)

Well, my experiments indicate, that the other half of the spell is missing: you need to combine grapes with the cheese.
I do this for my wife all the time. When she’s lounging and chilling, I’ll just come in, bring her a slice of an aged cheddar or gouda, and leave in silence, not even interrupting whatever she’s reading.
