Posting this here in case it helps someone else. I have had CFS for years now. After being treated for a long undiagnosed lyme infection it still lingered along with Joint Pain. I went to a rheumatologist who decided to try me on plaquenil and it has made a HUGE difference. flares are gone and so is my chostocondritis and knee pain. I was able to make it through my whole wedding weekend without a PEM. It has been life-changing for me!
