Given that the attack seemed to be executed through chemically modified batteries, and given the scale of the sabotage it is one of the most sophisticated terrorist actions we’ve seen. That said, it is unlikely that this could extend beyond the type of state sponsored terrorism shown here. It doesn’t seem feasible that a smaller organization would be able to compromise a supply chain on this level. That said, Israel isn’t the only terrorist state that could look to sow chaos with these tactics glares at Russia

I think there should be an additional distinction of targeting civilians in order for it to be terrorism, otherwise all acts of war could arguably be terrorism.
